Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in adding, reviewing, and updating annotations in BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)

- Ensure all annotations follow project/company BIM standards and guidelines

- Support the preparation of construction drawings, layouts, and documentation

- Maintain consistency and clarity in text, dimensions, tags, and symbols

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to resolve annotation issues

- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy

- Help organize and manage annotation libraries and templates

- Assist in extracting annotated views, sheets, and schedules

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture,



or related field

- Basic knowledge of BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)

- Understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive organizational and time management skills

- Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistency

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO, LOD, naming conventions)

- Basic knowledge of Navisworks or other coordination tools

- Exposure to annotation styles, templates, and documentation workflows

- Good communication and teamwork skills
