Role Overview

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM strategy, standards, and delivery across infrastructure and building projects. This is a leadership role where you’ll work closely with design, engineering, and management teams to elevate BIM maturity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage BIM delivery
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BEPs
- Oversee model quality, coordination, and clash detection across disciplines
- Mentor and manage a team of BIM engineers and coordinators
- Act as the BIM point of contact for internal stakeholders and global clients
- Drive process optimisation and adoption of BIM best practices aligned with international standards.

Required Expertise

- 10+ years of hands-on BIM experience, with strong exposure to civil & structural domains




- Proven expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks
- Robust understanding of BIM execution, coordination, and information management
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling BIM teams
- Ability to set up BIM frameworks from scratch and drive organisational change.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

1st & 3rd Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
