Job SummaryThe Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing for Catalis’ customers.Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating sales orders, generating invoices and sending invoices to customers electronically using NetSuite application.
- Addressing inquiries from customers and internal operations, per SLA, by monitoring assigned case queues in NetSuite.
- Assist with Ad Hoc reporting needs as they arise.
- Follow the month end close process as instructed by the Billing manager.
- Provide backup support while peers are out of pocket.
- Document and report process & system issues which cause disruption in processing invoices in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, finance or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience working in a finance - billing department or equivalent
- Familiarity with an ERP & CRM Software (NetSuite and Sales Force especially)
- Prior experience with creating Sales Orders and Invoices in NetSuite is big plus
- Proficient in English, verbal and written, plus experience working with MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to communicate clearly in an online group meeting
