Role Overview

The Contracts cum QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing contract administration, measurement verification, and billing certification for civil, MEP, and interior works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify contractors’ RA bills and final bills.

- Check and verify quantities against drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate with site teams to validate measurements.
- Review contractual terms and ensure billing compliance.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for major materials.
- Monitor and certify variations and extra items.
- Support the Project Manager in contract correspondences and claims.
- Maintain systematic records of contracts, bills, and variations.
- Assist in the preparation of cost-to-complete reports and cash flows.
- Prepare monthly billing summaries and MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate in Quantity Surveying preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in contracts management, QS and billing.
