For BDM, Relevant Exp required is atleast 2 years and salary upto 10 lpa and for Senior BDM, Relevant Exp required is atleast 4 years and salary is upto 15 lpa

- Attending tradeshows, visiting customers, market visit in territories

- Drive, manage and execute a sales pipeline and provide accurate planning and reporting to the AVP Sales
- Manage month-to-month sales team forecasting process and work with entire sales team on achieving goals
- Assisting in implementing sales goals and training programs as needed to meet division’s goals for the assigned communities
- Have a confident and mature approach to business and a hunger to grow business
