- Expert in Kubernetes

1. Must have managed large-scale apps.

2. Minimum experience with Kubernetes - 5-10 years.

3. Proven expertise in deployment strategies - rolling updates, blue-green deployment, and canary deployment. A person with canary and blue-green deployment experience - one of them is a must. If a person knows a canary also, that is golden.

4. Skills - Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible (plus)

- Experience with Recent Relic (at least 1 year)

1. Monitor apps with New Relic.

2. Create dashboards for monitoring.

- Experience in Azure Cloud and Azure Application Insights.

1. Must be able to work with Azure App Insights.

2. Create dashboards for monitoring.
