Responsibilities

- Understand whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate and negotiate designs with customer architects.
- Expertise in Cloud Governance and compliance.
- Conceptualize solutions and develop architecture for large AWS engagements
- Familiarity with data center concepts and best practices, high - availability systems, capacity planning, system performance evaluation, and diagnostic techniques and methodologies.
- Develop automation scripts (using Python / Python / Shell / Power shell/ VB scripts) and batch files for automation of system and application administration on cloud.
- Proactively maintain and develop all AWS infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
- Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs




- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
- Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
- Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
- Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
- Approve vendor level escalations and assist the L3 or L2 Engineers with incident resolution and closure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good knowledge of cloud computing and specialized cloud knowledge on IBM Cloud, routing technologies, Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Office 365, and other Windows-based technologies.
- At least 12+ years of experience in IT Industry
- At least 3 of experience working with cloud computing and related work experience
- Implementing the cloud management service.

Other responsibilities include:
- Approve or deny change requests for cloud management service modifications
- Analyze cloud resource deployment summary data
- Monitor cloud resource key metrics Integrate cloud systems into the current workplace
- Evaluate and implement new cloud computing technologies
- Load balancing
- Knowledge of cloud backup technologies (backup/restore and other storage-centric) Network - Traffic - interpreting, and analyzing network
