We are looking for a quality-driven, account director to join our fast growing agency. The responsibilities include building and nurturing account management teams, working on client requirements and relationships, ensuring fulfillment of client briefs and working cross functionally with other teams.

Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record of client relationship management, at least 10 years of work experience with some experience in a management role, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading clients' campaign digital marketing campaigns
- Managing Account Managers, Group Account Managers and Client facing personnel
- Driving operational efficiency and quality output for the client account
- Ensuring that client needs are looked after and met satisfactorily
- Upselling and cross selling to clients time to time
- Overseeing internal team management focusing on account teams




- Comfortable in working cross functionally with design and technical teams to meet client goals
- Looking into smooth functioning of client reporting, monitoring performance indicators (both internal and external)
- Reporting to the leadership on the Account teams performance and growth of a particular account.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth
