Job Description: AV Pre Sales / Solutions

Since 1997, when SEC Communications introduced Video Conferencing Solutions in India, SECCOM has been a leading AV and Networking Systems Integrator and Solutions Provider.

Customers trust SEC Communications for Technology Leading, High Quality and Cost-Effective Video Conferencing, Video Surveillance, Integrated Building Management, Unified Communications, Audio Visual, Networking & Security, Data Centre & IT and IT Infrastructure and Management Services.

SECCOM is growing rapidly and is looking for a high caliber AV Solutions Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support sales teams with customer engagements for AV presales activities

2. Support the growth of the AV business and build internal capability

3. Deep relationships with all major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) (like Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Lightware, Harman etc.)

4. Deep relationships with PMC, architect and consultant ecosystem

5. Robust understanding of the product portfolio and roadmap of all major OEMs

6. Strong ability to proactively spec solutions that best meet customer needs and improves our chances of winning the deal

7. Strong ability to do diligent compliance against requirements or tenders released by customers

8. Perform requirement gathering activities like site survey, customer interview

9. Produce accurate and timely solution design and BoM (Bill of Materials)

10.



Hands on expertise in installation and configuring of AV equipment in earlier roles

11. Strong understanding of AV schematics, role of various AV components and AV programming requirements

12. Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- OEM product certifications

- CTS, AVIXA Certifications

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Hardworking and motivated self-starter with hunger to win deals

- Initiative and enthusiasm for learning

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of active and Passive networking components

- Understanding of AV programming and CAD

- Engineering background

- 5+ years of relevant experience

Work Environment:

Work Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday except the second and fourth Saturday of every month.
