- Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions
- Provide support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions
- Stay current on Automation Anywhere updates and industry trends
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and other developers as needed
- Participate in project planning and estimation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Automation Anywhere development
- Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and best practices
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additional qualifications (preferred)
- Automation Anywhere certification(s)
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum)
