Calculate Quantity of materials and area from working drawings.

Prepare weekly construction schedules in advance to facilitate purchase of items on time.

Coordinate with designers and architects for developing working drawings on time.

Ensure work done is as per drawings and take corrective actions for deviations.

Maintaining significant documents, drawings in an organized manners
