Document Control Manager

Job description:
- Manage and control all project documents, drawings, specifications, correspondence, transmittals and technical records.
- Maintain Document Management System (DMS), document numbering, revision control, distribution and archival.
- Coordinate document submissions/reviews between PMC, Owner, EPC Contractor and vendors.
- Track document status, comments, approvals, resubmissions and overdue documents.
- Maintain master document registers, drawing registers, correspondence registers and technical submittal logs.
- Ensure only the latest approved revisions are available at site and obsolete documents are properly controlled.
- Support preparation of project reports, progress documentation, MOMs and document status reports.
- Maintain proper records for QA/QC, HSE, commissioning and project close-out/as-built documentation.




- Ensure compliance with project document-control procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
