B) Managing the Banking and Borrowing requirement for the group (including subsidiaries)
- Ensure funds are available for business as and when required.
- Negotiating lines with banks (commercials, covenants, and documentation)
- Optimize the cost of borrowing
- Ensure efficiency of banking operation
C)
Working knowledge of trade finance products. Knowledge of ICC guidelines like UCP, URDG, ISP, UCC, URC
- Understanding of different modes in international payments (open account, LC, collections)
- Issuance of LC, presentation, and negotiation
3. Understanding of bank guarantee and standby letter of credit.
D) Evaluate & implement two recent IT systems like IBS Fintech to reduce manual workload and enhance process and system efficiency.
E) Work closely with business and fintech partners to implement supplier and Dealer financing solutions (supply chain financing solutions)
F) Interaction with external rating agencies.
Skills/Qualifications
- CA/MCOM
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the treasury team.
