- Sample Preparation & timely submission to customer.
- PPAP Lot Run & Submission as per the timeline given by customer.
- Responsible daily , month wise rejection , rework Pareto chart preparation.
- Hand over the multi cavity tool (mould ) to production department for mass production of part.
- Conducting Product audits & Process audits as per schedule.
- Conduct Internal audit and also Conducting Product audits & Process audits as per schedule t. Close all NC and keepthe
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be B.tech Mechanical with 6-10 year experience in Quality Recent product Development
