Responsibilities:

1. Monitor CCTV & PTZ cameras across all sites.
2. Ensure proper positioning and functioning of surveillance cameras; arrange timely repairs if necessary.
3. Supervise and document all vehicular movements in and out of the camp.
4. Verify and check reports from the Weigh Bridge.
5. Conduct inspections of materials and vehicles at the Weigh Bridge.
6. Immediately report any misappropriation incidents to the Surveillance Room In Charge.
7. Create incident reports promptly upon occurrence.
8. Maintain all security and observation registers accurately.
9. Ensure all security lights are operational at the Head Office.

Maintain discipline and conduct standards among security personnel from the agency.
11. Uphold general discipline in line with company policies.
12. Maintain and manage the upkeep of the security room.
13. Carry out tasks assigned by the Surveillance Room In Charge (S&V;).
14. Be prepared for temporary duty assignments per instructions from the Head of Surveillance (S&V;).
15. Assume responsibilities of other executives during their absence.
16. Conduct thorough handovers of duties, documents, and responsibilities as required.
