About the Role
As an Associate Program Manager, you will assist in driving customer success, operational excellence, new solutions discovery and drive account growth and retention.
This is an opportunity to work dynamically with our fast growing business teams in a role that spans customer relationship management, day to day business operations, analytics & business intelligence, growth & expansion, strategic near & long term planning & team building & management.

Responsibilities
Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Create program initiatives that help our clients succeed over their competition and draw new customers to their businesses
Create projects detailed scoping and controls the end objective of the Program
We are looking for self-starters who excel in the following areas:
1. Problem solving skills: A creative problem solver who delights in process driven quantitative methods and data interpretation with first-principle thinking and creativity.
2. Storytelling skills: An expert communicator, who can engage and influence stakeholders positively.
3. Execution skills: A go getter with strong prioritizing, decision making and multi tasking capabilities who can make things happen and drive closure. Requirements
MBA /Undergrad from Tier 1 Institutes - IIT/IIM/ISB and the likes 3-5 years of experience into a similar role. Strong problem solving ability
