Requirements
- A Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, Journalism, Mass Communication or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 08 years of teaching and research experience in higher education including 02 years of experience post PhD.
- Evidence of scholarly achievements, including a minimum of 06 research publications in SCI/ UGC/ AICTE approved journals.
- Possess a track record in guiding and mentoring students and junior faculty members.
- Possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a dedication to academic excellence and student success.
