If you've worked in HR Ops, processed payroll, or handled PF/ESI compliance — even for just 6 months — this is your breakthrough into HR-Tech.

nHRMS is hiring 30 Associates to join our HR-Tech Implementation team. No developer skills needed. Just your HR knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

? What you'll do:

- Configure HRMS platforms (Keka / GreytHR / Zoho People) for client organisations
- Set up payroll components, leave rules & statutory compliance modules
- Support data migration, UAT testing & go-live




- Train client HR teams and create SOPs ✠You're a fit if you have:
- 6 months+ experience in HR Ops, Payroll, or Compliance
- Worked on any HRMS tool as an end-user
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, PT
- Good communication skills
