Role Description





We are hiring an AI Lead who is highly hands-on and can rapidly convert ideas into working prototypes. This role will drive the technical execution of AI pilots, including building pipelines, integrating LLMs, and delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibility

- Design and build AI pipelines, agents, and workflows
- Develop backend services and APIs for AI applications
- Create quick UI demos and prototypes for validation
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data sources
- Lead technical execution of AI pilots and POCs
- Collaborate with Pod Leads to translate requirements into working systems

Technical Skills

- Robust proficiency in Python
- Experience with FastAPI / Flask
- Hands-on with LangGraph / CrewAI (or similar agent frameworks)
- Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Nice-to-have skills

- Builder mindset — enjoys rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving AI environments

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and backend development
