Responsibilities
•Prepare debt maturity profiles and briefing notes•Prepare debt and equity markets newsletters•Identify potential debt clients for business development purpose•Structure and prepare pitch books•Structure and prepare sections of lenders presentation•Assist on sell-side lenders education process•Prepare financial models from fund-raising or debt covenants perspectiveDo shadow credit ratings analysis
