- Conduct thorough legal research, analyze case facts and evidence, and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Prepare for and represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials, including delivering opening and closing statements, examining witnesses, and presenting arguments.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Must have knowledge of NI Act and Arbitration matters.
