: Key Account Manager - Bank Partnerships

Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra / Mumbai Region Experience:

5-8 years in BFSI, Key Accounts, or Channel Management

### Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to own and grow our strategic bank partnerships. You’ll be the primary bridge between our product/ops team and senior stakeholders at partner banks, driving engagement, adoption, and business growth through data, coordination, and accountability.

### Key Responsibilities

1.

Bank Stakeholder

Engagement- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership + product teams at partner banks- Drive product adoption, new initiatives, and issue resolution with bank product heads- Act as SPOC for all strategic discussions and escalations

2. IT & Ops Coordination - Coordinate directly with bank IT teams for integrations, UAT, go-lives, and technical issue closure- Ensure smooth data flow, API uptime, and compliance alignment between systems- Translate business requirements to technical specs for IT teams

Internal Stakeholder

Management- Work closely with internal Product, Ops, Risk, BDR, SM, ASM teams for execution- Align priorities, remove blockers, and drive cross-functional collaboration- Own accountability for bank commitments internally

4. MIS & Business Reviews- Prepare key MIS, dashboards,



and performance trackers for internal leadership- Conduct weekly/monthly business review calls with internal stakeholders- Analyze trends, drop-offs, conversion, and share insights + action plans

Channel

Reporting- Share relevant MIS, league tables, and performance reports with bank/channel teams- Drive transparency and healthy competition through timely data sharing

6. Budgeting & Planning- Prepare and share annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts, and targets with internal teams- Track vs actuals and provide variance analysis to leadership

Scorecard

Management- Publish monthly/quarterly scorecards for banks and internal teams- Define KPIs, track SLAs, and publish rankings to drive accountability

### Must-Have Skills1. Banking/BFSI exposure - Prior experience working with banks/NBFCs preferred2. Stakeholder management - Comfortable engaging CXO/Product Head level3. Data & MIS - Solid Excel/PowerBI skills. MIS is 50% of this role4. Coordination - Ability to manage IT teams, internal teams, and external banks together5. Communication - Clear written + verbal skills for reviews and reporting

### What Success Looks Like1. 0 escalation backlog with bank senior team2. 100% on-time MIS and scorecard publishing 3. Month-on-month growth in partner bank business4. High CSAT from both bank IT/product teams and internal stakeholders
