About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Faculty to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment of Hospitality F&B; (or) Housekeeping courses, aligning with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of F&B; (or) Housekeeping operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials aligned with TAFE NSW curriculum and industry standards.

- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, demonstrations, workshops, simulations, and industry placements.

- Assess student learning effectively through a range of methods, including written assignments, practical assessments, presentations, and projects.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and performance.

- Maintain accurate student records and academic documentation.

- Supervise and mentor students during practical training and industry placements.

Requirements

Qualifications:





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in F&B; (or) Housekeeping operations.

Skill Set:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)

- Experience with online assessment tools

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
