We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking & Finance Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee banking relationships, financial operations, and fund management activities of the company. The role involves managing working capital, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle working capital arrangements and documentation with banks and NBFCs.
- Manage daily banking operations, including loan management and fund disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with accounts and management teams to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure periodic FEMA compliances and support audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Solid understanding of banking products, trade finance, and treasury functions.
- Prior experience in the jewellery or manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
