Job Role:

A strategic and technically proficient with proven expertise in guiding teams of analysts, driving solution architecture, and ensuring alignment of business systems with organizational goals. This role will lead initiatives to enhance product development and supply chain workflows, optimize system integrations, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead design reviews, ensure architectural consistency across platforms
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate strategic planning sessions, manage escalations
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise Team of analysts, conduct performance reviews, foster skill development
- Project Oversight: Own delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies in regard to system access, data security and change control.
- Integration Management: Oversee Integration of ERP, PLM and other supply chain systems
- Training & Enablement: Develop training programs, lead workshops for internal teams

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in global or regional operations, ideally in supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, preferably within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry




- Background in IT Software Development experience
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP or PLM System (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Centric PLM, Flex PLM)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leveraging Smartsheet (including automation workflows, Control Center, configuration, reports, agile dashboards)
- PMP, ITIL, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly preferred
- Data, Analytics and Change Management

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant experience

SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

- Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy
- Proven experience in team development and stakeholder management
- Executive-level reporting and presentation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms beyond Smartsheet (e.g., SAP, Snowflake, Tableau)
- Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
