Job Summary :-

​​​​Responsibilities- Entire accounts and F&A; support to Financial Controller j, hence will be responsible for Accounting, auditing, compliance and controlling; Collaborate with factories. Key Accountability:-

- To manage entire Fixed Asset module and assist in overall review of Balance Sheet Variance and Trial Balance compliance. This includes Accounting, MIS, Statutory Compliance and Audit Assistance.
- Get Support: Compilation of Fixed Asset budget including Capex management of all projects.
- Cost Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and analyzing unit costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Vendor Reconciliation: Ensure adherence of SOP
- Trial Balance Review and Accounting Standard Compliance along with Audit Assistance (Statutory, Internal and Tax audit).
- Internal Customer Management: Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional team and all stakeholders.
- Audit Handling (Statutory and Internal both)Career development: Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Maintain accurate and oganized records of commercial transactions and MIS Reporting.

Regulatory Compliance: Contribute to efforts ensuring compliance with commercial laws like GST, Customs etc., and other regulations governing the unit.

Key Internal Interactions:

Factory Team: Collaborate with the factory team to align accounting,



Audit and Capex Management.Finance Department: Interact with the finance department to support budgetary processes, provide financial data, and contribute to cost-monitoring efforts.

Management: Provide regular updates to management on key commercial metrics, challenges, and opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key External and Internal Interactions:-

- Statutoy Auditors: Engage in coordination with external auditors for regular audits.
- ​​​​​​​Internal Auditors: Engage in coordination with external & internal auditors for regular Internal Control audits. ​​​​​​​
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Capacity to collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, factory & other departments.

Key Skills And Qualification:-

- ​​​​​​Knowledge- Custom Acts, GST, Taxes, TDS, Excel, SAP
- Qualification- CA Inter or CA drop-out
- Experience- 2+ years
