We are seeking an experienced SAP Coupa Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, including hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Coupa-SAP integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Coupa solutions while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Coupa Procurement and Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Coupa functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain:
- Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Coupa Sourcing
- Coupa Contract Management
- Coupa Supplier Management
- Coupa Invoicing
- Coupa Expense Management

- Design and support integrations between Coupa and SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems.
- Work on supplier onboarding, catalog management, approval workflows,



and purchasing processes.
- Configure business rules, approval chains, forms, templates, and notifications.
- Support E-Invoicing, procurement compliance, and supplier collaboration initiatives.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot integration and application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams.
- Conduct testing activities including SIT, UAT, and deployment support.
- Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience in Procurement and Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation and support experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Coupa Procurement
- Coupa Invoicing
- Coupa Supplier Management
- Coupa Sourcing
- Coupa Contracts

- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes.
- Knowledge of:

- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Goods Receipts
- Invoice Processing
- Supplier Onboarding
- Approval Workflows

- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, Flat Files, and Middleware platforms.
- Understanding of procurement compliance and purchasing controls.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Coupa implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, Ariba, or other procurement platforms.
- Coupa Certified Professional certification.
- Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite for Coupa integrations.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Spend Analysis and Procurement Analytics.
- Exposure to EDI integrations and supplier networks.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in global procurement transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SOX and procurement compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduation required (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field).
