We are looking for Assistant Manager – Client Relations (MBA Fresher to 2 years’ experience) to manage our existing hotel clients, develop new business opportunities, and handle our service team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-presented professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Ensure timely service support and client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Conduct client visits, collect feedback, and provide scenting recommendations.
Business Development
Identify and reach out to potential hotels, resorts, and commercial clients.
Present Air Roma’s fragrance solutions and close new business deals.
Achieve monthly business targets and generate new client leads.
Team & Operations Handling
Coordinate with service associates to ensure prompt client servicing.
Plan service schedules and ensure smooth in office operations.
Maintain reports of client visits, sales activity, and service performance.
Requirements
MBA in Marketing / Sales.
0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and comfortable with client meetings.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
Willing to travel to client locations within the Jaipur region and other cities in Rajasthan.
Must have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty/bike/car) for local travel.
