- Key Responsibilities
"Candidates must reside and work in the North East region.
â Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, tuition teachers, and local educators to enhance Inspiria’s presence â Plan and execute school outreach activities, including annual events, seminars, and engagement sessions â Coordinate with schools to schedule and conduct interactive sessions for students â Facilitate and manage school visits to the Inspiria campus, ensuring a seamless experience â Identify and develop recent lead-generation opportunities through on-ground activities and networking â Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions,
and activities using CRM tools and log sheets â Achieve and exceed assigned targets for outreach activities and student engagement in the region â Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and merchandise to partner schools
Qualifications & Experience â Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
â Experience: Minimum 3 years of field experience, preferably in education, outreach,
or relationship management â Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills â Excellent communication and public speaking abilities â Organized with good record-keeping and CRM management skills â Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative â Comfortable working independently in field-based roles
