Key Role and Responsibilities :

1 Experience 1-2 years in logistics and operations for import and export documents

2 Knowledge of complete shipment documents by sea , air and road

3 Documents Check : LC of Bank and other shipping documents

4 Coordinate with CHA and custom formalities

5 Rules of Customs , Forms and Import/Export procedure

6 Co-ordinate with supplier and customer for operations and documents

7 Duty and Antidumping updates of products and Import/Export rule update to customer, supplier and team with HS CODE

8 Import data update for internal team : Will be trained

9 Price and market update and trends to share with customer and supplier: Will be trained

10 CRM files update for team : Will be trained

11 Client servicing by updating product, rules and price trends : Will be trained

12 Client courtesy calls/ emails and call for customer relationship

13 Adaptable to adopt and learn new work with team

14 Fluent in English , Hindi and added language

15 Email drafting, formats , MS OFFICE , PPT and fluent in writing in English

16 Report management for internal team: Will be trained.
