Key Responsibilities

- Join India’s Fastest Growing NBFC

- Support the Branch Head in daily branch operations

- Drive business targets and assist in revenue growth

- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management

- Handle loan processing, documentation, and collections

- Assist in team supervision and performance monitoring

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

- Identify local opportunities to expand business

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

- Qualification: Degree / 3-Year Diploma

- Experience: 3-6 years in Banks / Gold Loan NBFC / Financial Institutions

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic leadership and team coordination ability

- Target-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
