- Design process flow chart, SOP and work flow and make sure it is communicated with skilled and unskilled workers.
- Plan out assembly and packaging activity in coordination with production and planning department
- Focus on zero rejection
- Co-ordinate with inter department
- Research and optimization
- Operations, performance and other required reports and its documentation
- Manage the team efficiently
- Development of all necessary tools for ease in assembling (ex. Jigs, fixtures etc.)
