- Transform briefs into engaging visual content for the digital space in collaboration with designers and the Copy Team
- A proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects etc
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Has visual oversight of creative product from inception through completion to help ensure a high level of quality and integrity of concept through approval of idea
- Attends shoots for video and photography to ensure that creative idea remains intact and is as impactful as possible
- Able to develop compelling creative concepts based on strategic marketing input and present ideas to senior management
- Designing: mood boards; storyboards; interactive page layouts; site grids and interface demos; photo retouching and enhancements; animated GIFs
