Role: Area Growth Officer – Retail Pharma Distribution

Department: Retail

Reports to: Entity BD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Visit the retail pharmacies daily in the assigned territory as per the route plan  Collect orders and increase the wallet share from the retail pharmacy  Build strong retailer relationships  Support the delivery to customers, as required  Ensure timely payment follow-up as required

Qualifications & Skills:

 Graduate (preferably BA, B.Com, BBA graduates. Avoid IT and BE background candidates ideally).

 Open to 12 th pass candidates also  They should be ready for a field role with a drive to meet the daily deliverables  Own two-wheeler with license  Good communication skills in local language, Fast Learning ability, Adaptable, Result

Orientation and Problem-solving Skills  0-5 Years of field sales experience in any domain. Freshers can also apply.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + earn valuable incentives for performance
