- Manage the training needs for executives - Ensure that all his DRAs are trained & Certified as per regulatory requirement - Drive performance through team work - Review of teams performance in terms of targets vs actual and guide for necessary optimisation

Responsibilities

- Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product
- Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team
- Ensuring adherence of legal guidelines by agencies and executives
- Manage Productivity by fixing productivity parameters for in-house / collection agencies, monitoring performance against set parameters and periodic review
- Co-ordination with legal team to ensure necessary legal action is taken on specific cases
- Ensure collection agencies are complaint with audit & information security requirements of the Organisation

Qualifications

Experience Range : 10 to 12 Years
