Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in Collections with valuable communication skills and digital orientation.
- Candidates should have a team management role for 2+ years.
- Experience of handling unsecured products (SME BL and PL)
will be an added advantage.
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Managing the assigned portfolio by driving the collections team.
- Ensure implementation of Collections Strategies.
- Recruiting and Training In house as well as out bound teams.
- Identification and empanelment of Collection agencies to ensure proper collections coverage.
- Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts.
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets and bucket wise resolution targets for the assigned region.
- Managing NPA and Cost of Collections for the Region.
- Ensure maximum recoveries by collaborating with other teams including
Legal/Central collections.
- Achieve target collections of Charges and Late payment penalties.
- To regularly present the performance of the assigned Region to Senior
Management.
- Ensure Collection Process and Legal guidelines are adhered to and
Collections Code of Conduct is followed.
