- B. Arch with min 7-10 years of experience with Architectural Firms / Real Estate Developers
- Knowledge of MS Office, PPT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, 3D Modelling & Photoshop
- Basic Architectural Design parameters like Land use, FAR / FSI, Ground Coverage, Max Height, Set Backs.
- Knowledge of Submission drawings, Tender Drawings, GFC Drawings
- BOQ working from Drawings
- Co-ordination with Project Architect & Consultants
- Valuable Experience in Interiors, Furniture & Fitouts
- Layout, Site / Masterplan, Area Statement ( Carpet / Built up / SuperBuilt up Areas)
- Elevations & 2D / 3D Views
- Experience of Residential ( Plotted, Row Housing, High Rise Apartments) Commercial & Office Buildings
- Schematic / Conceptual / Detailed Design Stages
