Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 4+ Years experience to manage end-to-end buying activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation products. The candidate will handle RFQ to PO, vendor negotiations, order fulfillment, and stakeholder coordination across EU and US timezones.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Buying: Handle complete buying cycle from RFQ to PO including vendor identification, quotation comparison, and vendor selection
Negotiations: Drive cost negotiations, finalize Terms & Conditions, and ensure best commercial terms
Order Management: Own expediting/fulfillment and post-order execution until delivery. Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Stakeholder Coordination: Actively chase relevant stakeholders - internal teams and suppliers for updates, approvals, and issue resolution




Product Knowledge: Should have working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation products and specifications

Documentation:
Maintain procurement records, vendor data, and contract files

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ Years in Procurement/Buying roleCore Skills: RFQ to PO process, T&C; finalization, vendor negotiations, expediting, order tracking

Communication: Positive written and verbal communication skills

Product Background: Understanding of Mechanical or Electrical products. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is MUST

Tools: MS Office, ERP/SAP/Oracle preferredGood to HaveIndustrial experience in Powerplant, Mechanical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Project-based, or Manufacturing sectors

Prior experience working with EU/US clients and handling late evening shifts
