Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter to support our global leadership hiring. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline at Director and VP level, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills, global exposure,
and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
The position will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Advisor in London.
A Day in Your New Role:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles at Director and VP level across multiple regions and functions
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of different sources
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines
- Utilize data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize recruitment performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with global TA teams to enhance recruitment best practices
