- Role:
Provide Pre-Sales and Post Sales Application support to customers
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Technical Product Pre Sales demonstration
- Complete Post Sales training to customers
- Conduct Technical Seminar at customer place
- Planning and executing online customer/user engagement activities like EDMs, Webinars
Requirements
1. Experience
0 to 3 Years (Freshers with exceptional drive and enthusiasm to quickly learn may also be considered)
- Domain Expertise
- Must be a self-starter and technically excellent
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Regular reporting and communication to reporting manager
- Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
- Qualification
BE / BTech or Diploma in : Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical.
