The Field Technical Supervisor/ Engineer is responsible for executing and overseeing site-level activities, including material sampling, technical training, complaint resolution, and supervision of application processes. This role ensures compliance with product specifications, promotes best practices, and serves as a key liaison between clients, applicators, and internal technical teams.
Requirements
1. Site Sampling & Technical Validation
- Conduct material and substrate sampling as per project specifications and QA protocols.
- Document site conditions, application readiness, and deviations with photographic and written reports.
- Coordinate with lab teams for sample analysis and result interpretation.

Training & Skill Development
- Deliver hands-on training sessions to applicators and site teams on product usage, safety, and installation techniques.
- Customize training content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Complaint
Handling & Resolution
- Investigate product- or application-related complaints through site visits and stakeholder interviews.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed complaint logs and ensure timely closure with client satisfaction.

Supervision & Compliance Monitoring
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain workflow continuity.
- Escalate non-compliance or critical issues to senior technical or operations teams.
