Responsibilities and Requirements 1) Troubleshooting of Live issues related to API proxies
- Troubleshooting of application level issues
- Configuration of alerts and actionizing on them
- Certificates maintenance and renewal
- Promotion of APIs from Non-prod to prod
- Managing and creating of current environments in Apigee hybrid
- Monitoring of clusters
- Maintenance of developer portal
- Upgrading Apigee hybrid versions
- Building replication in between multi-region clusters
- Managing IAM roles
- Connectivity check to target systems
- Knowledge on Linux and kubernetes commands
- Min 3 years of work experience in Apigee Support
- Experience in AWS and GCP
- Knowledge on Server side
