What You’ll own as Analytics Manager at Hevo

Define the Right Metrics to TrackPartner with the function heads across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support and Strategy to understand the key business driversDefine the right KPIs and metrics to track across the organization. Build processes to make them readily and reliably available to everyone





Provide Meaningful Data-driven Insights to Drive Business GrowthLead complex deep-dive into business metrics, identify bottlenecks and growth triggers. Make recommendations to the business heads on the next course of actionWork with the data analysts to build and maintain powerful dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-informed decisions in real time

Build an A+ Analytics teamNurture a team of highly skilled analysts by building strong frameworks for 1:1 coaching, performance management, and individual development planCreate a hiring roadmap and own hiring targets to scale the analytics team as business needs grow

Refine Data Architecture and Data PracticesStrengthen the internal data architecture by working with data engineers to ensure comprehensive and reliable data is available for analysisOptimize analytics processes to improve the effectiveness of reporting - make key data sets easily available, reduce rework, improve turn around time and quality of insights drawnSet up a prioritization framework to balance competing analytics requests from different departments

What you’ll bring to the table

- Experience in building and managing a high-performance, cross-functional analytics team for at least 2+ years
- Strong experience (and track record)



of leveraging data and applying advanced analytics solutions to solve business problems
- Strong understanding of modern data stack and experience in working with complex data systems and data visualization tools
- Experience in driving operational improvement across data analytics practices

- Ability to synthesize large data sets and identify patterns

Ideal candidate persona

- 7-10 years of experience with demonstrated business impact
- Work Experience - Should have experience in leading analytics teams in any of the following type of companies
- a) Large scale B2C setups in Ed-tech or consumer businesses like Swiggy / Zepto / Cure.fit / Byju’s / Simplilearn / Upgrad, etc.
- b) FinTech businesses Groww / UpStox / Paytm / BharatPe / PhonePe, etc. Engineering degree from IIT / NIT / BITS
