MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience working in the Private Credit funds
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Top-tier undergraduate degree / CA / MBA

Our client is a leading Asia-focused alternative investment platform with strong capabilities across private equity, credit, and real assets, with a proven track record of executing large-scale transactions across global markets.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support deal execution across the investment lifecycle including screening, analysis, and execution
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, basic LBO, cash flow models)
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and credit assessment of target companies
- Perform industry research, market mapping, and competitive analysis
- Assist in preparation of investment memos, pitch decks, and internal materials




- Support due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Track portfolio performance and assist in periodic reporting and monitoring

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of experience in Private Credit,Equity funds
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Positive understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
