- To conduct analysis of various in-process samples, raw material samples, stability samples, cleaning samples, water samples and finished products as per approved methods.
- Conduct analysis for analyst qualification.
- Labeling of materials.
- Compilation of raw data for review.
- Conduct calibration and verification of Equipment’s as per applicability.
- Preparation of Certificate of Analysis.
- Sampling and release of Raw material and Packaging material.
- Management of Raw material Samples/Out site samples/Reference standards and retention samples.
- Preparation of water trends.
- Maintenance of sampling tools.
- Ensure compliance by reporting laboratory exceptions such as deviations, incidents, OOT,
OOC and OOS to immediate supervisor for execution of timely remedial and preventive actions as appropriate.
- Inventory managements for consumables and reagents.
- Attend internal and external training session as and when required.
- Ensuring recording of Temperature and Humidity is properly being maintained and review the documents related to it.
- To conduct qualification of equipment's and software as per defined procedures.
- Recording of the temperature and alarm data of stability chambers, cooling cabinets and
Deep freezers and review the documents related to it.
- Activities assigned by supervisor and HOD.
- Activities to be carried out according to LIMS.
