Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent with a focus on anesthesia technology.

- Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

- Solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthesia.

- Familiarity with anesthesia equipment, monitoring devices, and respiratory therapy tools.

- Excellent observational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

- High level of attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.

- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation practices.

- Ability to follow protocols precisely and adapt quickly to changing clinical situations.
