We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Finance professional to join our client’s team, specializing in for the infrastructure sector, particularly focused on agro-logistics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in debt syndication projects and a deep understanding of the infrastructure and agro-logistics sectors in India. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Modeling:
- Develop detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses to support transaction decisions.
- Analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and review transaction documentation, including term sheets, loan agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Preference :
- CA/MBA-Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on debt syndication and the infrastructure sector.
- Robust understanding of the Indian financial market, regulatory environment, and infrastructure industry trends.
- Candidate should be proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, preparation of IM, MIS & investor reporting and deal pitch to lenders / investors
- Preferably from an infrastructure financing background either in Corporate or Investment Banking firm with some experience in project finance, working capital, (mix of debt & equity will do)
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
