We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support the organization’s strategic initiatives and business planning processes. The role will focus on driving data driven decision-making, business performance tracking, and long-term strategic planning within the automotive components domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Support development and execution of short-term and long term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Assist in preparation, tracking, and review of AOP,
budgets, and forecasts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics (sales, cost, profitability,
productivity) and highlight gaps with improvement plans.
- MIS & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, finance,
and supply chain teams for data collection and alignment.
- Project Management: Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational and cost efficiency and support implementation of best practices.
- Management Presentations: Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and business updates.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics; MBA preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, MIS, or
Consulting
- Industry preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing
