Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.

- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, Power Automate

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and its components.

- Familiarity with SQL, Azure Synapse, and cloud data architecture.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Developing structured plans for procurement automation projects

- Ability to ensure data quality, execute data strategies,



and maintain accurate procurement records.

- Experience in managing small teams or projects & lead them end to end.

- Ability to guide junior analysts and coordinate with procurement teams

- Skill in analyzing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing structured solutions and drive projects.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business needs.

- Strong business acumen with a proactive, results oriented mindset.

Added Advantage:

- Understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate capabilities and use cases.

- Awareness of operations and manufacturing processes and KPIs.

- Ability to translate domain-specific requirements into effective BI solutions.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (if available)
