As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport.
Your duties will include but not limited to: 1. Greeting and welcoming passengers upon their arrival at the airport.
- Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
- Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities.
- Collaborating with other airport staff and departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety and security regulations set by the company and aviation authorities.
- Assisting with special needs passengers, such as elderly or disabled individuals.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions for airport services. Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.

Details
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
